Common issues
I purchased but the app says I haven't
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in to the Apple ID you used to purchase. If you used Family Sharing, the family organizer's Apple ID must be active.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions → Starborn → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Note: deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The Yours Forever tier is a one-time purchase — there's nothing to cancel because nothing renews.
I want a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find the purchase, and request a refund. Apple's refund policy applies. We don't see your payment information and can't refund directly.
I entered the wrong birth details
Open your reading's cover page and tap Edit birth details. The chart and every chapter regenerate from the corrected sky — at no extra charge, as many times as you need.
I don't know my birth time — is my reading wrong?
No. Without a time we read planets in signs and aspects, omit house-based chapters rather than guess, and say so plainly in the book. If you later find your birth time (it's often on the long-form birth certificate), add it and the full edition regenerates free.
How do I delete my account / data?
Uninstall the app to delete all on-device data. Email us at [email protected] to delete your anonymous backend account.
Does this app share my data with anyone?
No. We don't share data with advertisers, analytics companies, or third parties beyond the minimum needed for purchase verification (RevenueCat) and crash diagnostics. See our Privacy Policy.
